Remote Sales Rep – Book It. Close It. | AI Phone Agent (1099)
You close. We handle everything else.
You book your own appointments. You run your own demos. You close your own deals. No setters. No split commissions. Every deal you close is yours.
We provide the leads. We provide the system. We provide the training. Your only job is to pick up the phone and sell.
How you get paid
- 25% commission per closed deal
- Close 4 deals a month = $3,500
- Close 8 deals a month = $7,000
- Close 15 deals a month = $13,125
- Paid bi-weekly
- Completely uncapped

Requirements
- US based, 1099 contractor
- Prior outbound phone sales experience
- Available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Self-directed and coachable
1. How many outbound calls per day did you average in your last sales role — and what were you selling?
2. This is 100% commission, 1099. Have you worked commission-only before and were you successful at it?
3. Describe your biggest sales win in the last 12 months. What was the deal, who did you sell to, and how did you close it?
4. A business owner picks up and says "I'm too busy right now." What do you say?
5. This role requires you to book your own appointments AND close your own deals. Are you available Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and can you start within 2 weeks?
