Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, empathetic, and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, dedicated to client care, and values a supportive and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for individuals across their lifespan
- Utilize in office treatment options such as Spravato and Ketamine
- Collaborate closely with therapists and care team members to deliver coordinated, holistic care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards
- Provide care both in-person and via telehealth (flexible hybrid model available)
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry
- Active PMHNP license in the state of Arizona
- DEA license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems and conducting telehealth sessions
