Role Description The Healthcare Provider role in Oklahoma City at Revibe Men's Health is a full-time, on-site position located in San Antonio, TX. The Healthcare Provider will deliver direct patient care focused on men's health concerns, including low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and related conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized treatment plans with custom medications and therapies. The role involves providing ongoing follow-up care, monitoring treatment effectiveness, educating patients on lifestyle modifications, and documenting all encounters in the electronic medical record. The Healthcare Provider will collaborate with clinic staff and other clinicians to maintain high-quality, evidence-based care and support continuity between in-person visits and virtual services.
Qualifications
- Licensure and clinical training as a healthcare provider (MD, DO, ND, NP, PA, PA-C, or equivalent) with current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Experience in primary care, endocrinology, urology, men's health, or related fields, with strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Ability to provide patient-centered care, including clear communication, active listening, and education on treatment options and lifestyle modifications.
- Competence in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work on-site full time, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to evolving clinical protocols and technologies.
- Prior experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, or weight management is preferred but not required.
