Key Responsibilities
✔ Review batch records in real time for accuracy and cGMP compliance
✔ Perform production floor audits and equipment/room clearances
✔ Conduct environmental monitoring and microbial swabbing
✔ Perform in-process and finished product testing (particle size, moisture, bulk density, AQL, appearance)
✔ Initiate and support deviation investigations using TrackWise
✔ Manage WIP and finished goods quality status in JD Edwards
✔ Support CAPAs, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Train and coach manufacturing personnel on GMP compliance and quality procedures
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree OR
✔ Associate Degree 1 year of related experience OR
✔ High School Diploma/GED 2 years of related QA or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
Preferred Experience
- Pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing
- cGMP & FDA/21 CFR compliance
