We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and growth efforts. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying staffing needs, and delivering tailored workforce solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the agency's client base and increase market share.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across targeted industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders to understand their hiring goals and workforce challenges.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote brand awareness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development and recruiting teams, fostering a results-driven and client-focused culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably within staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process, staffing industry trends, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
