What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
- Work on electrical systems, motors, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance (TPM environment)
- Support equipment upgrades, installs, and continuous improvement efforts
- Minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
High-level experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong skills in:- Electrical troubleshooting (motors, controls, PLCs preferred)
- Mechanical systems
- Hydraulics & pneumatics
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Experience working in fast-paced production environments
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
Compensation & Bonuses
