Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newport Beach, CA for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, including managing timelines, coordinating construction schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and inspections, and streamlining expediting efforts. The role involves managing logistics and collaborating with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project completion within budget and to specified quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
- Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to streamline processes and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Inspection protocols and compliance with local building regulations
- Strong Logistics Management skills to oversee material procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Previous experience in residential development or construction is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
