This position supports our mission through supporting our Talent Acquisition and Provider Recruitment teams. The recruitment coordinator will assist both teams with the duties associated with supporting recruitment and onboarding of both providers and colleagues. ** This position is located in our Westwood Corporate Office in MA, with a Hybrid Model**
Operating Responsibilities
· Provide first class service to all candidates, new hires and internal colleagues
· Assisting the Talent Acquisition team will all aspects of the recruitment cycle
· Ensure candidates have completed onboarding in compliance with state/federal regulations, including 1-9 forms and background checks
· Ensure candidates have smooth onboarding process with health screenings and tracking completion
· Work effectively with team to anticipate the needs of the department and implement process improvements
· Other duties as assigned based on business needs
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
· Excellence in customer service and attention to detail
· Strong computer skills and ideally, knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking systems
· Strong oral and organizational skills
· At least one year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or onboarding preferred
· One year of clerical, data entry or administrative work required
Education
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· College education in Human Resources or Healthcare Management preferred
