Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop and execute market‑level operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify growth and innovation opportunities across primary care services
- Monitor and improve operational performance using data, analytics, and KPIs
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple clinic locations
- Partner with finance to develop and manage the annual operating budget
- Analyze financial results and implement strategies to optimize revenue and manage costs
- Support revenue cycle operations, including billing accuracy and collections
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coach and develop clinic and market leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Partner with HR on talent development, recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Promote adoption of value‑based care and population health strategies
- Collaborate with providers on quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
- Track performance on value‑based metrics and support continuous improvement
- Champion a patient‑first culture across all clinics
- Monitor patient satisfaction data and lead improvement initiatives
- Enhance access, communication, and service quality
- Serve as the operational leader within the clinical‑operational dyad model
- Co‑lead strategies related to quality, patient safety, provider performance, and recruitment
- Balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency and financial sustainability
- Build strong relationships with community leaders and healthcare partners
- Represent Revere Medical at community and industry events
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑site healthcare operations
- Proven success leading complex healthcare organizations with financial accountability
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, operational best practices, and value‑based care
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- Experience operating effectively in a shared leadership or dyad model
- Regular travel throughout the Arizona market, including frequent on‑site clinic visits
