In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn more about Revere Purchasing and managing inventory. No relocation will be provided.What you will do:Learn how to purchase and manage inventory levels of products based on system parameters. Support the purchasing team in sourcing products and processing purchase orders. Review suggested purchase orders, convert to orders when applicableAssist the customer service with sourcing of productManage inventory levels of assigned linesReview past due purchase ordersPerform other associated responsibilities, as assigned.Occasional travel to other Revere locations requiredRequirements/QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed coursework in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.Experience: 0-1 years of purchasing or operations experience in electrical distribution preferred.Skills and abilities: Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems; analytical skills, ability to coordinate data, and strong communication.Physical Aspects Must be able to sit for long periods of timeAbility to work in front of a screen throughout the day Repetitive hand motion/keyboard useYou must pass a drug test background check before starting. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in an incentive or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives.
