We have an opening for a Customer Care Coordinator. This is a position designed for individuals seeking a long-term career with growth potential. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll support order processing, vendor communication, reporting, and daily office operations while delivering excellent service to both customers and colleagues. What you will do
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Front desk reception and general support for visitors.
- Maintain office supply levels and report to ordering agent when need to replenish
- Retrieve, sort and distribute mail (including interoffice)
- Monitor Fax queues and distribute
- Scan packing slips and manifests to business system
- Execute our customer’s open order reports to Customer Service
- Expedite backorders with vendors via Vendor Portals or Email
- Knowledge and understanding of Revere Electric history, structure, VFO’s and Key Objectives
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Work, communicate and maintain a professional presence.
- Assist with quoting and Conexiom review
- Process directs and vendor procurements for team.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma; some college preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite; Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of office equipment; printers/scanners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail; problem solving skills.
