Our Miami team is expanding with a Management Trainee role focused on AT&T's smartphone solutions. The Management Trainee will learn from the ground up, ensuring they are equipped to eventually lead teams and propel growth with attention to detail.As a Management Trainee with AT&T, you're not just learning to manage—you're learning to inspire. The Management Trainee immerses themselves in the world of cell phones, from guiding customers through 5G smartphone features to coaching reps on consultative selling—preparing them to lead with both empathy and excellence.
Core Functions of the Management Trainee
- Rotate through key functions, including mobile phone sales, customer success, HR, and campaign management, to build leadership skills.
- Shadow senior leaders to learn the science of mobile phone sales, including market analysis, territory management, and optimization of AT&T's smartphone solutions.
- Assist in training and mentoring new associates, ensuring mastery of AT&T mobile phone product knowledge and effective customer communication.
- Review weekly performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot challenges, and implement strategies that drive smartphone sales productivity.
- Lead daily impact meetings to align team objectives with AT&T's national mobile phone promotions and local Miami market goals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding by learning to identify top talent and foster a culture of accountability and mobile sales excellence.
Qualifications Needed for the Management Trainee
- A high school diploma with proven leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience in sales, management, hospitality, or team leadership, demonstrating ability to drive collective performance is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire, motivate, and engage diverse teams.
- Maintains composure while managing multiple priorities and sales goals.
- Reliable Transportation.
