This position will be in Starkville, Mississippi at Davis Wade Stadium with the Bulldog Suites Hospitality Office.

Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as FANgineers for Zach Bryan's concert at Mississippi State University. As a member of the Premium Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing premium areas, assisting guests with check-ins, and ensuring the setup and maintenance of designated hospitality spaces. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Starkville, MS, requiring active engagement and adherence to event timelines to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Event management and organizational expertise, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting during live events.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Strong collaborative skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in event staffing, hospitality, or sports-related roles is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to work on-site and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in hospitality or event coordination are a bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

• Act as game/show day ambassadors for the Bulldog Suites Hospitality Office and athletics department.
• Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff.
• Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
• Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
• Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor.
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food & beverage needs, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

Availability and Opportunities

• Must be available to work the Zach Bryan concert being held at the Mississippi State University, Davis Wade Stadium on May 2nd, 2026.
• FANgineers have the opportunity to work the upcoming 2026 Mississippi State football season with Bulldog Suites.
• FANgineers are hourly employees. Hours will range between 6-14 hours per week depending on the home game schedule and game preparation needs each week.
• FANgineers are expected to work the entire concert/football game day shift, which typically begins before stadium gates open and ends approximately 90 minutes post-game/show.
• Along with football home games, gain the opportunity (with a positive supervisor evaluation) to work additional athletic events, such as basketball and baseball.
