What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Manager & Associate Advisor position at Revels Consulting LLC?
Are you a financial professional who enjoys building relationships, helping people and ensuring clients receive exceptional service? Are you looking to grow your advisory career or bring your experience away from a bank or corporate environment to an independent firm that is highly respected and always growing? This position in Janesville WI is perfect for you!
You will work for my client, Uncommon Cents Investing, where you will coordinate client service requests, manage follow-up and implementation, prepare for client meetings, maintain workflows and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will also participate in client meetings, contribute to investment management and planning discussions and support prospective clients as they move through the onboarding process. Success comes from exceptional follow-through, organization, communication and genuine care for people. While planning and investment knowledge is important, we believe great client relationships are built on responsiveness, reliability and trust.
Candidates must have Active Series 65 or Series 66 license and CFP designation is preferred, in progress or you have a desire to obtain it. We prefer 2 years of experience in client-facing financial advisory or wealth management role, but newly licensed individuals are also welcomed to apply. Experience with CRM tools, strong communication and organization skills and a genuine interest in helping people reach their financial goals is expected. We are not sales, quota and commission focused, we want relationship focus over chasing sales. If you dislike client interaction, follow-through and operational responsibilities, this role is not for you.
Why Uncommon Cents? You will work directly alongside an experienced CFP who is invested in your professional development, a small team culture, a niche-focused firm with a compelling story and a fee-only independent model – no quotas, no conflicts of interest and no business development expectations. Please send resume, cover letter describing why this role resonates with you, and income/benefit requirements.
