Specifically, Reveleer supports health insurance plans and Managed Care Organizations nationwide, leveraging software and other technology tools to accelerate their Risk Adjustment and Quality programs. Our mission is to efficiently work with healthcare providers to retrieve critical record data, and deliver reliable and auditable results, optimizing revenue and quality of care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with SVP of Corp Dev and Strategy to support organic growth and M&A initiatives
- Support industry and competitive analysis leading to specific recommendations and strategies
- Support the coordination, due diligence, deal execution and facilitating deal closing documentation for potential target acquisitions
- Co-develop investor-facing strategic model, including financial targets and initiatives / levers
- Perform comprehensive financial valuations and comparable company transaction analyses for company positioning
- Assist management in developing content for strategic company materials and communicating strategic vision
Ideal Experience:
- 2 years of solid financial experience in investment banking or consulting
- Strong modeling skills and analytical ability with experience in detailed financial analyses of companies
- Experience in rapidly seeking and creating content for company overviews, management presentations and / or industry reports
- Experience in taking initiative and proactively creating opportunities for success
- Stellar track record of academic, personal and professional achievements with a superior work ethic
