Job Summary:
Client Services Clerk provides outstanding customer service to all patients coming into the pharmacy. Effective communication with team-members, patients, vendors, and pharmacy visitors is essential.
Job Activities and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are subject to change.
- Obtain payment and shipping information
- Back up retail pharmacy and mail department as needed
- Prepare daily register reconciliations
- Perform retail inventory functions including monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving
- Answer telephone calls with a sense of courtesy and follow-through; route calls accordingly
- Make outbound calls to patients and doctor offices regarding orders
- File, retrieve, and organize records
- Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Fine Motor Skills
- Visual acuity
