Revelation Contracting LLC is a newly established subcontracting construction company founded by Jeannie Hansen and Hunter Gratz. Our company focuses on demolition, framing, installations, and finish carpentry for commercial remodels, tenant improvements, and residential projects.

Our mission is simple: deliver reliable work, build strong contractor relationships, and grow a company built on integrity and craftsmanship.

We are currently looking for a Head Laborer / Working Foreman who wants to grow with a new construction company and help build our first crew.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is experienced in construction and capable of leading a small crew on job sites.

The right person will work directly with ownership to help execute projects, coordinate labor, and maintain quality standards.

This position has significant growth potential as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Lead a small crew on construction projects

Perform demolition, framing, and installation work

Read basic construction plans and project scopes

Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and labor needs

Maintain jobsite safety and organization

Communicate progress and issues with management

Help train and mentor additional laborers as the crew grows

Qualifications

Experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling

Ability to lead a crew and manage jobsite workflow

Experience with framing, demo, finish work, or installs preferred

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to solve problems and adapt on job sites

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus experience:

Commercial remodel work

Tenant improvement projects

Crew leadership or foreman experience

Compensation

Because Revelation Contracting LLC is a newly launched startup construction company, this role will begin as we secure our first projects and build our initial contractor relationships.

At this stage, we are looking for someone who wants to be part of building the company from the ground up and grow with us as work begins.

Once projects are secured and work begins, this position will transition into paid jobsite work with compensation based on experience.

Expected pay range once projects begin:

$25 – $35 per hour

As the company grows and project volume increases, there will also be opportunities for increased responsibility, crew leadership, and performance-based bonuses.

We are looking for someone who believes in the long-term opportunity of helping build a company and is interested in growing into a key leadership role as Revelation Contracting expands.

Growth Opportunity

This role is intended to become a key leadership position within the company. As Revelation Contracting LLC grows, this position may transition into a full-time foreman or crew leader role overseeing multiple workers.

We are looking for someone who wants to build something long-term, not just take another job.
