Qualifications:
- Considerable knowledge dietary services in an assisted living setting and excellent critical thinking skills
- An unwavering focus on customer service and resident & family relations
- Compassionate and caring work ethic
- Proven ability to work with families and residents to achieve excellent quality of life
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- High level of organization & attention to detail
- Innate ability to resolve problems creatively and proactively
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
- High energy
Requirements:
- Current ServSafe Certification preferred
- Minimum of one year of dietary services experience preferably in the Senior Living environment
- Work schedule includes every other weekend
