Warehouse Associate

A confidential government-supporting manufacturer is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support secure warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for pulling and staging materials, recording product movement with scanning equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory within a controlled facility. This position requires strict adherence to security, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage materials for production based on work orders and pick tickets.
  

• Record all inventory movement using barcode scanners and computer systems.
  

• Maintain accurate inventory control and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
  

• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
  

• Report discrepancies or inventory issues to warehouse leadership.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support the team.
  

Required Qualifications

• VantageClear Certification or equivalent Secret-level security clearance (required).
  

• High School Diploma or GED.
  

• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  

• Experience operating a forklift or reach truck.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines.
  

• Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or material-handling experience.
  

• Experience working in a government, defense, or controlled-inventory environment.
