Production Assembler

Revel Staffing, in partnership with our defense-industry client network, is sourcing qualified candidates for Production Assembler positions in Houston, TX. This role supports critical U.S. defense programs and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government–issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair a wide range of electromechanical assemblies using standard techniques.
  

• Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials for various assemblies.
  

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
  

• Communicate work status to team members and support staff (e.g., shift pass down, engineering, maintenance).
  

• Utilize computer applications for documentation and reporting.
  

• Maintain high product quality standards to minimize defects.
  

• Keep materials, equipment, and work area clean and orderly.
  

• Lift and handle equipment weighing at least 15 lbs.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
  

• Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience.
  

• U.S. citizenship required.
  

• VantageClear – credential (accepted equivalent certification) or active security clearance 
  

• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
