What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Administrator position at Revel Staffing?

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee IT infrastructure, system administration, and data security for a fast-paced organization. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth technical operations, supporting end-users, and enforcing IT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues onsite and remotely.
Manage account provisioning, access control, and device setup for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Administer and support core platforms including Google Workspace, Microsot Applications, Saas.
Maintain IT documentation and ticketing.
Monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance of laptops, servers and mobile devices.
Recommend and implement improvements for IT systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2 years of IT administration or similar technical support role.
DataClear Certification (or equivalent) required.
Knowledge of IT security frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $95,000 – $125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (employer-paid options).
