Director of Pharmacy

Location: Kingman, KS

About the Role:

Lead a hands-on pharmacy department at a community-focused hospital serving multiple counties, while enjoying small-town life near Wichita.

Requirements:

• PharmD degree required.
  

• Licensed Pharmacist in Kansas.
  

• 2 years in pharmacy leadership or management.
  

• Strong attention to detail and team-building skills.
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time
  

• $127,000–$200,000 annually, based on experience
  

• Full benefits package relocation/sign-on bonus potential
  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  

• Ensure inventory control, safe medication practices, and 340B program management.
  

• Lead clinical pharmacy services, including education, medication reconciliation, and code blue response.
  

• Attend medical staff meetings and collaborate closely with nursing and physician teams.
