Qualificaong>tions

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling décor and equipment, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written diagrams, floor plans, and verbal instructions accurately.
• Reliable time management skills, including punctuality, dependable attendance, and the ability to work within tight event timelines.
• Collaborative mindset with clear, respectful communication and the ability to work well in small, fast-paced teams.
• Comfort working in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, different venues) and in changing weather conditions as needed.
• Professional, client-focused attitude with a commitment to maintaining a neat, organized, and safe event environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from Minneapolis, MN to event location; ability to drive larger vehicles is a plus.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or related fields is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
