Sales Assistant
Why you'll love this role
- Make a meaningful impact in a luxury senior living community by creating expectational experiences for prospective residents.
- Support the Sale Director in driving sales, marketing, and outreach efforts that help the community grow.
- Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Director and Sales Department.
- Coordinate community tours and follow up communications with prospective residents.
- Assist with sales, marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and sales materials.
You Bring
- 1 years of sales or related experience, preferably in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of education required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and professional communication skills with a collaborative, customer focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and CRM systems; flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
