What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Revel Brewing?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys craft beer, good food, great people, and having a little fun while they work. If you’re friendly, dependable, and can pour a beer while carrying on a conversation, you might be our person.
What You’ll Do
* Pour and serve Revel’s craft beers
* Greet customers and create a welcoming taproom experience
* Answer questions about our beers and help guests choose something they’ll love
* Take food and drink orders and run tabs
* Keep the taproom, bar, and tables clean and organized
* Restock beer, supplies, and other bar items
* Help with opening and closing duties
* Follow responsible alcohol service practices
* Bring good energy and help make Revel a place people want to come back to
What We’re Looking For
* Friendly, outgoing personality
* Reliable and responsible
* Comfortable talking with customers
* Interest in craft beer is a plus — we can teach you the rest!
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Available for evenings, weekends, and occasional events
* Must be of legal drinking age
