About the Role
This role leads strategic client partnerships on Revel's account services team, guiding marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. The Senior Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor, translating client business goals into clear marketing direction while collaborating with the agency to deliver high-impact work.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted marketing advisor.
- Translate client objectives into clear direction for the agency team.
- Guide campaigns and projects from strategy through execution.
- Lead client meetings, planning sessions, and presentations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scope across multiple clients and projects.
- Use performance data and market insights to inform client decisions.
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of agency account management experience.
- Strong grasp of marketing strategy, brand development, and communications planning.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and operate as a strategic partner.
- Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
