We’re hiring an experienced hair stylist with an established clientele to join our brand-new, newly renovated modern salon in Berkley.
This role is ideal for stylists who are somewhat established behind the chair and ready for a laid-back luxury environment, strong earning potential, and continued growth — without the overhead, isolation, or self-marketing pressure of independent suites.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years behind-the-chair experience
- Strong skills in color, cutting, and styling
- Comfortable showcasing work on social media
- Strong guest experience and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in your craft
- Willingness to grow and hone your craft
- Existing clientele preferred but not required
Commission Structure & Earnings:
- Competitive tiered commission based on productivity and booking %
- Booth Rental negotiable
- 10% commission on retail sales
- Supplemental insurance available
Our salon attracts clients who value quality, consistency, and experience. Stylists joining early can transition existing clientele, while continuing to grow in a high-visibility location, or, if established, stylists can expand their earnings through a competitive commission structure and access to new high-intent clients.
