Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Massage Therapy License (Required)
- Previous years of experience as a Massage Therapist
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and delivering high-quality service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and a warm, client-focused attitude

Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional massage services tailored to individual guest needs
- Maintain knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and customize treatments accordingly
- Provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in treatment rooms
- Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage and recommend follow-up treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to Ohio State Board standards
- Work closely with the front desk team and fellow service providers for seamless guest experiences
- Stay current on trends, techniques, and wellness advancements in massage therapy
