Job Summary
Revcore Recovery Center is seeking a highly qualified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Supervisor with a minimum of four years of experience working with senior and/or institutionalized populations. This leadership role is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of clinicians providing services within a nursing facility setting, serving individuals with substance use disorders often complicated by significant medical conditions, including terminal illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day oversight of clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
- Facilitate case conferences and provide clinical supervision to staff
- Oversee quality of care, including the development and implementation of treatment protocols and curricula
- Maintain strong relationships with facility leadership and external partners
- Step in as needed to facilitate group sessions or conduct clinical assessments
- Adapt to a dynamic care environment where flexibility is essential
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in behavioral health care
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in SUD field preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field strongly preferred (e.g., CASAC Advanced, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health systems and community support systems to coordinated care
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing and harm reduction
- Experience facilitating group therapy and utilizing standardized screening tools
- Background supporting individuals impacted by trauma, mental health challenges
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
