As a Counter Inside Sales team member, you'll be the face of Revco for many of our customers. You'll build relationships with contractors, electricians, and homeowners by providing knowledgeable service, accurate order processing, and solutions that keep their projects moving. Your Location:
- 55765 Main Road, Southold, NY 11971 (Not remote/hybrid)
Your Schedule:
- Full Time
- Mon-Fri from 6:30am-4pm, alternating Sat 7am-12pm

Your Contribution to REVCO:
- Greet customers
- Build relationships and grow accounts
- Help customers find products and recommend alternatives
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and bids
- Support inside/outside sales teams
- Keep the sales floor organized and stocked
- Balance the daily cash drawer
Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:
- 2 yrs of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service (ideally in building materials, electrical supply or trades)
- Comfort with basic pricing/discount math
- Skilled in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and email/internet tools
- Excellent written and verbal (English)
REVCO's Contribution to You:
- $20-$32/hr
- Monthly commission eligibility after 30 days
- 401k w/ Match (50% up to 8%)

Our job is to act as an extension of our contractor’s businesses and ensure they have everything they need to complete their daily tasks. On the lighting side, REVCO has a dedicated lighting team, as well as two showrooms that are open to the public. Our lighting specialists can assist with decorative lighting, landscape lighting and detailed job work.
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
