AI Solutions Engineer
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office – Heber City, 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
This is the first job at RevBlack built entirely around AI, and you get to build that function from scratch. You will build tools that create efficiency for your team members. You will take an idea and help implement it for clients in Salesforce or HubSpot. When it works, the whole team uses what you built. As AI continues to improve, you will update those tools and solutions to keep pace.
By the end of your first 3-months:
- You are the person the team asks first about AI.
- You will have shipped tools people use every day and worked inside dozens of real businesses.
- You will know revenue operations and consulting.
- You will be able to talk to executives and get them bought in to the solutions you develop.
- You will be able to take a good idea and turn it into real value for people.

What you'll do
- Build AI tools our consultants use every day, like client health monitoring, meeting prep, and reporting.
- Work with our account owners to build and test AI solutions for our clients.
- Write the playbooks that make these projects repeatable.
- Research what is new in AI every week and communicate it back to the team.
- Become the expert on all things AI, including data quality, permissions, and where a person has to stay in the loop.
You will be building internal tools and writing playbooks within your first few weeks. We move fast and we want you in the work asap.
What we're looking for
- You have built something with AI on your own to solve a problem you noticed.
- You can take something technical and make it clear to someone who does not know the jargon.
- You seek direct feedback and you act on it.
- You use AI to help you do more, and you take pride in getting the details right.
- You are ready to learn HubSpot, Salesforce, and any other platform from scratch. No CRM experience needed.
