Position Summary
Revascent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Practice
Administration (PA) division. In this role, you will support multiple practice administration clients,
overseeing accounting functions across a portfolio of healthcare practices. This is a client-facing
position requiring strong technical accounting expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to
manage competing priorities across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple practice administration clients, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, General Ledger Reconciliations and Payroll
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for client delivery
Act as a primary accounting contact for assigned clients, providing insights and recommendations
Supervise and mentor accounting staff supporting client accounts
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and client-specific requirements
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal leadership
Maintain and improve accounting workflows, systems, and internal controls across multiple clients
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for client practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders
Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with multi-entity or client-based accounting
2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience managing multiple clients or business units simultaneously
Proficiency in accounting/ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Sage 100 ERP System
Experience in healthcare, practice management, or outsourced accounting environments
Experience working in a professional services or multi-client setting
