Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position maintaining residential properties and keeping landscaping clean, healthy, and looking its best.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have landscaping experience.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns
- Trim and prune trees, bushes, and shrubs
- Maintain plants, flowers, and landscape beds
- Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and dead plants
- Diagnose and repair irrigation and sprinkler issues
- Adjust irrigation timers and watering schedules
- Identify leaks, broken sprinkler heads, and irrigation problems
- Plant and replace trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping
- Apply fertilizer and assist with pest control as needed
- Keep yards, walkways, and outdoor areas clean
- Identify landscaping problems and needed repairs
- Maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Lead and work alongside other landscaping team members when needed
Requirements
- Bilingual – English and Spanish required
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems
- Experience with lawn care, trimming, pruning, and planting
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and able to complete assigned work on schedule
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
We are looking for someone who knows landscaping, understands irrigation, takes pride in their work, and can recognize and fix problems without needing constant direction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
