What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire your own Outside Sales Team — train, coach, and motivate them to perform
Get in the game: You’ll lead from the front by producing your own sales and closing deals with new homeowners
Build your culture: Run meetings, celebrate wins, and create that “we win together” team vibe
Grow your people: Ride along with new reps, teach them the ropes, and help them earn big too
Track results: Develop performance goals and watch your team’s numbers climb
What You Bring
A valid driver’s license and reliable ride (you’ll be out in the field often)
Some leadership or outside sales experience
