Now, we’re looking for a District Manager to run our Dallas outside sales team — someone with energy, confidence, and a “let’s go win” mentality.

 What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire your own Outside Sales Team — train, coach, and motivate them to perform
  
  

• Get in the game: You’ll lead from the front by producing your own sales and closing deals with new homeowners
  
  

• Build your culture: Run meetings, celebrate wins, and create that “we win together” team vibe
  
  

• Grow your people: Ride along with new reps, teach them the ropes, and help them earn big too
  
  

• Track results: Develop performance goals and watch your team’s numbers climb
