Job Duties:
The primary function of this Assistant Sales Manager position is
- Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers
ADT customers, while selling the ADT product suite and alarm services
- Help mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Assist in developing team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
- Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
- Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
- Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
- Perform other duties as requested by District Sales Manager
- Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work)
