Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting customized home security solutions, and closing sales. You’ll receive comprehensive paid training, hands-on support, and ongoing development opportunities to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads.

Present and sell ADT home security and smart home systems to residential and small business customers.

Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and maintain detailed CRM records.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.

Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve performance.
Requirements

1 year of sales experience (inside sales or call center preferred).

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by success.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Knowledge of home security or smart home systems is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
