Role Description:
The client is looking for a CRM Specialist to support the planning, QA, and execution of campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels. You’ll help bring seasonal, promotional, and lifecycle marketing to life, working closely with teammates in creative, merchandising, and analytics to ensure flawless delivery and high-quality member experiences.
This is a great role for someone who’s detail-oriented, channel-curious, and excited to grow their career in lifecycle marketing. As the team expands, you’ll eventually report into a CRM Manager and have opportunities to deepen your ownership and impact.
What You'll Do:
- Build and QA campaigns in Braze (email, SMS, and push), ensuring accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal and evergreen campaigns, including box customization, Flash Sales, onboarding, retention, and winback
- Own campaign testing and link tracking to ensure clean handoff to analytics
- Partner with creative, merchandising, and data teams to gather assets, align on timing, and ensure campaigns go out on schedule
- Monitor campaign performance and pull reports for the CRM team and cross-functional partners
- Maintain campaign calendars, internal docs, and process trackers
- Proactively flag issues or opportunities for optimization
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools — Braze experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and QA — you double-check everything and catch issues early
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks with tight timelines
- Comfortable in Google Sheets / Excel; bonus points for basic HTML or interest in learning
- Clear communicator who’s open to feedback and excited to learn
- Collaborative, curious, and ready to grow with a fast-paced team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
- Includes Initial Equity Grant
