You would be the first growth hire and you would define the channels, working directly with the CEO.
What you would own
A thirty-minute call with a founder, then a paid work session on a real problem from our backlog, two to three hours, then conversations with two people you would work directly with. Four steps, usually inside two weeks. We tell you where you stand after every one.

- Find and build the channels where people recovering at home actually are.
- Work with the founders on positioning, onboarding, and free-to-paid conversion.
- Bring the objections back. What people worry about is the roadmap.
- Keep every claim honest. We would rather grow slower than overpromise on a health product.
- Three or more years growing a consumer product, with numbers you moved.
- You are comfortable being the only growth person in the building.
- You can talk about recovery without hype and without fear.
- You want equity to matter more than base.
