Sales Representative

We'd rather train you than untrain you.

Most companies in this space want five years of experience at another shop. We don't. No sales experience? Apply. No debt industry experience? Even better. We've hired servers, gym staff, call center reps, recent grads, and career changers who'd never made a cold call in their life. The ones who listen and take coaching are the ones making real money twelve months in.

The Junior Financial Consultant seat is paid training, not a tryout.

You start at $20 an hour from day one. Your job: get on the phone with people who asked us for help with their credit card debt, figure out whether they're a fit, and transfer qualified callers to a Financial Consultant. You listen to those calls get closed. You get coached on every one of yours. You learn the program inside and out before anyone asks you to close anything.

You graduate to Financial Consultant at [10] qualified transfers. That's the bar. It's written down, it's the same for everyone, and nobody moves it on you.

Let's talk about money, because nobody else will.

As a Financial Consultant you keep your hourly and earn a percentage of the total debt you enroll. Commission stacks on top of your base, not instead of it. The rate starts at 1.00% and climbs to a cap of 2.25% as production grows. The full schedule:

• $600,000 enrolled in a month = 1.00% = $6,000 on top of your hourly
• $1,000,000 = 1.50% = $15,000
• $1,500,000 = 1.75% = $26,250
• $2,000,000 = 2.00% = $40,000
• $3,000,000 = 2.25% (cap) = $67,500

These are examples of how the schedule calculates, not a guarantee of earnings. What you make depends on what you produce, and very few reps reach the top tier.

Self-generated leads pay an extra 1% on top of whatever tier you finish the month at. Commission is paid on deals that make their first payment.

What we're looking for:

• You can hold a real conversation with a stranger who's stressed and embarrassed about money
• You take coaching without getting defensive
• You show up on time, every day, ready to work
• You'd rather tell someone the truth than close a bad deal
• You want to get good at something and are willing to be bad at it first

What you get:

• $20/hour from day one, uncapped commission once you graduate, and a written path to get there

Requirements:

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quiet, private workspace with reliable internet
• Willing to complete background screening
• No license required. We handle certification and compliance training in house
