Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the Builder Division of our mortgage company. This role will focus on marketing initiatives that support relationships with home builders, community developments, and new construction sales teams.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the builder sales team, loan officers, and marketing leadership to execute marketing campaigns that drive new construction loan volume, promote builder communities, and strengthen partnerships with builder sales teams and real estate professionals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple projects, and has strong attention to detail while supporting revenue-generating teams.
Key Responsibilities
Builder Division Marketing Support:
- Support marketing initiatives for the Builder Division and new construction communities.
- Coordinate marketing materials for builder communities, model homes, and new development launches.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote preferred lender partnerships with builders.
- Work with builder sales teams and loan officers to ensure marketing support aligns with community sales goals.
Community & New Construction Marketing:
- Coordinate the creation of community-specific marketing materials, including flyers, rate sheets, community landing pages, and digital ads.
- Maintain updated information for builder communities including pricing, incentives, and promotional offers.
- Assist with marketing campaigns tied to new community launches and builder promotions.
Event & Model Home Marketing:
- Assist in coordinating builder events, including grand openings, broker opens, realtor tours, and homebuyer seminars.
- Support marketing efforts for model home events and on-site builder sales offices.
- Coordinate promotional materials and event follow-up communications.
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns promoting builder communities and new construction financing.
- Schedule and coordinate social media posts highlighting builder partnerships and community developments.
- Support email marketing campaigns targeting realtors, homebuyers, and builder partners.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, or construction-related marketing preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams.
- Customer-service mindset when supporting internal and external partners.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
