Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA, for an Integrative/Functional Medicine Provider. The provider will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress using evidence-based approaches. Responsibilities include performing integrative health consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and administering therapies such as IV and peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and vitamin injections. The role also involves educating patients on health optimization strategies and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting diagnostic tests and identifying patient health trends
- Excellent Communication abilities to provide patient education and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of Business Processes to ensure efficient clinic operations and patient care management
- Proficiency in Functional Testing and Integration techniques related to diagnostics and treatment delivery
- Active medical license (MD, DO, ND, NP, or PA) with experience in integrative or functional medicine preferred
- Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care and an understanding of holistic health principles
- Experience with advanced diagnostics such as lab testing and biomarkers is beneficial
- Background in IV therapy, hormone optimization, or peptide therapy is a plus
