About The Role
- The Client Solutions Advisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding client revenue retention targets by proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with Rev.io's existing client base. This role sits at the intersection of account management, solution consulting, and expansion sales — driving add-on module growth, supporting the renewal process, and ensuring clients are positioned for long-term success within the Rev.io product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Retention & Expansion
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR) within an assigned book of existing Rev.io clients
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas for add-on module sales to current clients
- Partner with Account Management on client contract renewals; serve as the solutions consultant when renewals involve pricing changes, upsells, or expanded scope that require a selling motion
- Own the sales of Rev.io's Payments Platform to existing clients, including collection of required merchant services documentation and facilitation of the onboarding process
- Conduct regular, proactive business reviews with clients — both onsite and remotely — to assess satisfaction, understand evolving business needs, and identify growth opportunities
- Consult with clients on current and future business requirements to ensure they are positioned on the most optimal solution within Rev.io's product portfolio
- Act as a trusted solutions consultant when clients encounter service issues or complex technical demands; escalate with urgency and ownership
- Introduce clients to new Rev.io products and services through solution-based selling that addresses their specific operational and financial goals
- Serve as the voice of the client across Rev.io's internal teams, owning the client experience throughout all cross-functional touchpoints
- Partner closely with Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing to drive a positive, consistent customer experience and facilitate account growth
- Escalate client service and technical issues through appropriate internal channels, following through to resolution on behalf of the client
- Create and maintain regular executive summaries for key accounts, ensuring stakeholders have current, accurate insight into account health and status
- Identify and drive opportunities to network clients with one another and with Rev.io's ecosystem of partners
- Represent Rev.io's values and culture in all client-facing interactions; contribute to Rev.io's reputation as a Great Place to Work and a trusted long-term partner
- Handle client data and account information in accordance with company confidentiality and data privacy policies
- Ensure client agreements, renewals, and payment documentation are executed in accordance with company legal and procurement standards
- Complete all required security awareness training and policy acknowledgments
- Follow company conduct standards, escalation procedures, and sanctions policies
- 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or expansion sales in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and expansion targets within an existing client base
- Strong solution-selling and consultative skills; ability to identify client needs and match them to product capabilities
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with subscription billing, payments platforms, or financial technology preferred
- Comfortable conducting business reviews both onsite and remotely; willingness to travel as needed
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
