Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.

- Patch Painter must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of appropriate training certification
- Have a consistent and proven attendance record
- Possess and practice social skills that allow compatibility with all other employees
- Be willing and able to perform any or all job duties in the patch paint area at any time with quality
- Any violation of the above mentioned guidelines will result in the loss of operators status (job level)
- Basic physical criteria must be met according to worksteps guidelines for this position
- Environmental conditions and hazards:
- Exposure to constant noise levels
- Exposure to styrene vapors
- Exposure to fiberglass dust
- Responsibility and authority to verify work affecting quality of the end product
