Reusser is a fast-paced digital agency looking for a relationship-focused, strategic, and highly organized Senior Account Manager to steward some of our most valued client partnerships.
This role sits within our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and is responsible for building strong relationships, driving client satisfaction, and supporting sustainable revenue growth across accounts that span multiple agency service lines, including Marketing, Creative, and Development.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, communicate priorities clearly, and ensure the solutions we deliver align to their long-term business objectives.
Internally, you’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Service Line Directors, Sales, and the Director of Delivery to support scoping discussions, shape recommendations, and help clients take full advantage of our capabilities.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and ensure our work aligns to their goals.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with support from Service Line Directors and the Director of Delivery.
- Communicate client priorities, expectations, and feedback clearly to internal teams.
- Provide proactive guidance to clients and drive conversations that help them move forward.
Account Health, Growth & Renewal
- Own renewal strategy and contract discussions, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Service Line Directors.
- Conduct annual NPS surveys and monitor client satisfaction metrics for your accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities, cross-service needs, and areas where Reusser can create additional value.
- Forecast revenue and retention for assigned accounts and report status during RevOps meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of contract updates, renewals, and client information.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with Project Managers to align expectations, timelines, and priorities.
- Collaborate with Service Line Directors to shape proposals, validate solutions, and support client goals.
- Work with the Director of Delivery to confirm scope viability and delivery feasibility before commitments are made.
- Support Sales during pre-sale discussions when additional context or continuity will benefit the client experience.
Strategy & Client Advocacy
- Develop a thorough understanding of Reusser’s services to better advise clients and uncover opportunities.
- Bring forward thoughtful recommendations that help clients improve or advance their digital strategy.
- Advocate for client needs internally while balancing operational realities and resourcing constraints.

Experience Requirements
- 5 years of account management experience, preferably in a digital agency.
- Experience managing multi-service accounts across Marketing, Creative, or Development verticals.
- Proven ability to communicate with senior-level stakeholders and guide strategic conversations.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and how strategy, design, development, and marketing intersect.
Compensation & Structure
This role is part of the RevOps team and reports directly to the President.
- 80% base salary / 20% incentive
- Incentives tied to retention, renewals, upsell growth, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Base salary will commensurate with experience of the candidate.
