Job Title: Bell Attendant & Shuttle Driver
Pay: $14.50ph tips
Location: Kissimmee, FL
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities
- Promptly greet guests and members with visible enthusiasm and a smile
- Provide exceptional customer service while acting as an information source for dining, attraction, and shop options on and off property
- Assists guests and members with luggage to and from rooms
- Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
- Assist department with any guest and member complaints/concerns and communicate to Director of Front Office
- Assist the front office as the first impression from the guest by assisting with luggage, guest services throughout the guest’s stay, driving company vehicles including; minibus, van, and/or town car to transport guests, members, or company personnel.
- Promptly greet guests arriving at the resort. Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of the resort, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Drives vehicle from on-property locations to selected passenger destinations on Reunion property and/or other locations as authorized by management. Transport guests to the Disney Transportation and Ticket Center, as scheduled. Assist passengers into and out of vehicle. Assist with loading and unloading baggage.
- Drive company vehicle both on and off property; valet member and guests vehicles
- Complete any other task/duties assigned
- Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred; Previous bellman/driver experience is a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Must be able to operate various types of transportation
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate within 30 days of employment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
- Exposure to various types of Florida weather conditions including: sunshine, heat, and rain.
