What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Therapist (PRN) position at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Plano?
Position Summary:
Responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered per physician, monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, patient assessment, understanding ramifications of hemodynamic monitoring, understanding blood work results, monitoring, teaching, and training.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist for state licensure agency
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Hospital experience preferred
