What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist (FT) position at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Jacksonville?
- Must be able to either work Friday-Monday or Thursday - Sunday
- Must be able to work independently on Sat and Sun without a technician
- Hours- 10:00am - 6:30pm
The Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use and administration of medications through proper storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state licensure from the state board of pharmacy
- Two years previous experience as a Pharmacist
Desired Qualifications:
- Hospital Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
