Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Catering Sales, located in Madison, Mississippi. The Director of Catering Sales will oversee the development and execution of catering sales strategies, work closely with clients to design memorable events, and ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include securing new business, maintaining client relationships, coordinating event logistics, and collaborating with other departments to deliver personalized experiences that align with the club’s brand and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Catering Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Proficiency in Event Management, including coordinating logistics and managing event execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the luxury hospitality or private club industry is a plus
