YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time cooking position with shifts varying within business hours of 11:30 AM–12 AM.
YOUR DAY
As our Sous Chef, you'll lead the kitchen during service, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and timing. You'll keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain compliance with health and safety codes, and assist with ordering and inventory. Every day, you'll balance leadership with hands-on cooking to create an environment where excellence thrives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques and cooking procedures
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work well as part of a team
High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics is preferred.
